How the Process Works
A StaffingIT recruiter will spend 15-20 minutes doing an initial interview with you on the phone. We’ll also need a copy of your resume for review and submittal to any potential opportunities.
Next, we’ll call you when we see a potential fit. If you’re interested in the opportunity, we will contact our client and try to generate an initial level of interest. If the position is not right for you, please let us know where we strayed off base as we don’t want to waste your time or our clients’ time. Before we submit your resume to a prospective employer, we’re going to need to meet with you and verify your experience and ability through reference checks and sometimes technical screening tests.
Doing this pre-screening up front gives you an advantage, as many of our clients want to see fully-screened candidates immediately.
